I believe I have Id this correctly but want to confirm! I found them all over in the west coast near chanterelles, amenitas and king boletes. I didn't notice a smell and usually they where growing on old logs.

Yes, you appear to have the right ID. I usually find them on old hemlock logs. Thin delicate things that appear to glow white against the dark forest.
