The cookbook will be composed of those much loved original recipes passed down and around over the years.
Primarily we are looking for recipes which highlight particular mushrooms. The plan is to organize the book by species instead of the usual courses. Any recipe that you have altered to make it your own is welcome in the book!
Please include your full name and town and any notes, hints, tips or anecdotes that you think would enlighten and/or amuse future users of the book.
Any recipe will be accepted including those for the preservation and storage of our foray fruits.
The finished book will contain approx. 150 recipes, more if there is an abundance. You are free to submit as many as you like but not all may be used.
We will also be putting together menus from the submissions.
This is a fundraising venture for the AMS and therefore only members can submit recipes.
The deadline for submissions is Friday February 17th 2017.
